GFD ultra high molecular belt roller developed by our company is a new innovative patented product composed of roller covering, bearing, sealing module and shaft. The patent of this product mostly refers to an exclusive sealing technology (completely watertight) which isolates the bearing from the outside without exposure to any pollution. The roller covering is made from ultra high molecular material which is portable, abrasion-proof, anti-sticking, low friction to belt, and self-lubricating, etc.

GFD ultra-high molecular belt roller is capable of lengthening the service life of equipment, saving energy and improving the working environment to a great extent, and is widely used for the environments with heavy open dust and high abrasion such as mining, metallurgy, power, cement, coal, chemical industries and port and so on. Therefore, it is a perfect alternative for the steel roller of belt conveying machinery.

Comparing GFD roller with steel roller in all aspects:
Nonmagnetic roller: lower than stainless steel roller in price, with a large economic benefit and a service life over 3 times that of stainless steel roller;
Buffering roller: GFD ultrahigh-molecular roller has an innovative improvement equipped with a built-in buffering instead of traditional outer rubber ring. In addition to all advantages of ultrahigh-molecular roller, it is easy to assemble and markedly saves the material and labor cost. Compared with steel buffering roller, it has a slightly higher price but a considerably large performance-to-price ratio.
Friction aligning and cone aligning rollers: have a slightly higher price but a considerably large performance-to-price ratio.

We own self-designed and manufactured automatic numerical-controlled production lines which include the exclusive core patented equipment like bi-directional numerical-controlled plastic-roller lathe, bi-directional milling miller with machined grooves, and numerical-controlled cutting machine for plastic pipes.
Each automatic production line can machine 50,000 rollers each month, and is extensible to the desired production capacity upon request.

The ordinary steel roller’s outer rubber rings are shown in the right figure, and their weakness is bad sealing of steel roller, large friction coefficient and so on, and they are difficult to assemble.
