Wanglou Coal Mine successfully tested world's first underground TDS intelligent dry selection system

Jinning, December 2nd - Wanglou Coal Mine of Shandong Energy Linyi Mining Group successfully tested world's first underground TDS intelligent dry selection system.

Wanglou Coal Mine was mined via vertical shafts, with medium-thick coal seams and high-quality coal. However, the geological structure in the mine field is complicated, the fault distribution is dense, and the raw coal bearing rate is higher than 30%, which greatly limits the lifting capacity of the main well and the output of the mine, not to mention causing pollution. So the mine has invested more than 10 million yuan to introduce advanced TDS intelligent dry sorting equipment. Its sorting precision is close to shallow groove and higher than moving screen, jigging and other dry sorting equipment.Before the selection, the dry selection system first queues the raw coal on the belt, and then identify the coal and the gangue by X-ray source. The gangue is then removed by high pressure air.

After the system is put into use, the annual discharge of gangue will exceed 150,000 tons, and the economic benefits will increase by more than 10 million yuan.
