China’s first remote control nitrogen production project in deployed New Dragon Company

Recently, New Dragon Company of Shandong Energy Xinwen Mining Group developed China’s first automation and remote monitoring system of the underground nitrogen generator.

The system is designed with both local and remote control modes, eliminating the complicated opening and closing operations in the past. The system can automatically read the operating parameters of the equipment and diagnose faults to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

The remote monitoring system moves the underground console to the surface to remotely start and stop the nitrogen generator on the ground. At the same time, the real-time operation data of the generator and the workshop picture are transmitted in time through the industrial network, and the relevant data is synchronously released to be viewed at any time. The system also automatically sends advance reminders for maintenance to experts for remote supervision.
