Yishui,December 30- At9:18 am,the80,000-ton fluorine-free,boron-free glass fiber digital production lineof Zhuoyi Company,ShandongFiberglassGroup,was formally completed and ignited.

Thedigital production linewas approved in December 2017 and formally started construction on January 31and ended onDecember 30,2018,lasting288 days. The total investment of the project is 949 million yuan, with a total area of 83acresand a new construction area of about 63,000 square meters.

This production line is the eighthlinefor thetank kilnof Shandong Fiberglass Group.Adopting technologies such aslarge pool, gas furnace, high melting rate/pure oxygen furnace top combustion, high electric melting system, intelligent process control,the production processwas alsoautomaticallycontrolled withall slag, waste gasandsludge recycled.After theoperation, the annual sales revenuewill reach580 million yuanwith110 million yuan of profit.
