Wanglou Mine successfully applied mine water desalting system, making a national first

Jining, March 22nd - At Wanglou Mine, Shandong Energy Linyi Mining Group, underground water desalination system was successfully put into application.

Wanglou coal mine is located by the lake of weishan. At present, there is a sewage treatment station with a daily treatment capacity of 28,800 cubic meters by slurry separation and multistage filtration precipitation, but the system does not have the function of desalination.

The chemical precipitation desalination method was the only feasible method to remove the excessive salt in mine water. Wanglou Mine invested more than 20 million yuan to design and build an independent water treatment and desalination system underground which adopts the treatment process of "preprecipitation + dosing flocculation reaction + silt pressure filtration" via an independent desalination system and a reverse osmosis system. Quick lime is sprayed to separate calcium sulfate, removing most sulfate and fluoride ions in mine water, and reduce the total salinity of mine water.
